Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. The role involves evaluations, plan development, and multidisciplinary collaboration to empower children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or pursuing it.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home and community settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit

What You’ll Do

• Pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
