Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Pueblo, CO is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado's service areas.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor children with communication and feeding needs, collaborate with families and physicians, document in EMR, and uphold clinical and regulatory standards. Flexible schedules, full- or part-time opportunities, and strong team support are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or pursuing CCC-SLP.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home-based settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

What You’ll Do

• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
