Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across La Junta, Pueblo, and surrounding areas in Colorado. The role involves evaluating and treating children with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders, and educating families to reinforce progress.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, document care in an EMR, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while receiving competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
