MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children's home environments, focusing on communication, feeding, and swallowing skills. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and support families in achieving goals.

The position offers flexible scheduling across Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, with sign-on bonus for full-time caseloads and opportunities for mentorship and professional

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Current Texas SLPA license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date.
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Support treatment plans addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with supervising SLPs and the care team.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to support each child's goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote carryover and progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
