Job description

We're hiring an SLPA to deliver speech and language therapy to children under the supervision of our licensed SLPs. You'll carry out treatment plans for kids working on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and early communication skills.

You'll work closely with your supervising SLP, see a steady caseload, and help families build communication at home. Play-based sessions in our gym and therapy rooms are part of how we work.

The Role
  • Deliver treatment sessions following the plan of care set by your supervising SLP, covering articulation, language, social communication, and early communication.
  • Collect session data and share observations that inform progress reports and goal updates.
  • Coach parents and caregivers on home strategies that build on each session.
  • Write timely, accurate daily notes that meet payer and Texas regulatory requirements.
  • Meet regularly with your supervising SLP, consistent with Texas SLPA supervision requirements.
  • Collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA colleagues on shared clients.
  • Meet a weekly productivity target that leaves protected time for documentation.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (or a related field with the required SLPA coursework and clinical hours).
  • Active Texas SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date.
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • A genuine love of working with kids and their families.
Preferred
  • Pediatric experience in a clinic, early intervention, or school setting; new grads are encouraged to apply.
  • ASHA C-SLPA certification.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule

Our clinic is open seven days a week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-1:30pm. Full-time is 36+ hours per week, and we'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life. Every shift includes a one-hour lunch break.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience.
  • Weekend stipend: an extra $5 per hour on every weekend hour you work.
  • Two weeks of paid time off.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Continuing education (CEU) reimbursement.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance details.
Why Little Land
  • Real supervision and mentorship. You'll work alongside experienced pediatric SLPs, not in isolation.
  • A true interdisciplinary team. OT, PT, SLP, and ABA share one building.
  • Space to play. Our on-site play gym and well-equipped treatment rooms make sessions creative and fun.
  • Clear growth path. Our tiered pay structure rewards performance and experience with defined steps up.
  • Real time off. Two weeks of PTO and paid holidays.
