Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is seeking an SLPA in Texas to deliver speech and language therapy to children under the supervision of licensed SLPs. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and coach families in home strategies during play-based sessions in our gym and therapy rooms.

You will collaborate with SLPs, OT, PT, and ABA colleagues, maintain daily notes, and meet weekly productivity targets while ensuring compliance with payer requirements and Texas regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with required SLPA coursework and clinical hours.
• Active Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Genuine love of working with kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment sessions following the plan of care with supervising SLP.
• Collect session data and share observations for progress reports and goal updates.
• Coach parents and caregivers on home strategies.
• Write timely daily notes meeting payer and Texas regulatory requirements.
• Meet regularly with supervising SLP per Texas supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA colleagues on shared clients.
• Meet a weekly productivity target with time for documentation.
