Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our pediatric outpatient team. This role supports our mission to help children reach therapy goals in a compassionate, collaborative environment, including potential telehealth options and on-site clinics at Norco and Corona locations.

Qualifications

• Valid California License as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• At least 2 years in the pediatric outpatient setting preferred.
• Clear Livescan and TB Test required.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong team player and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children following documented treatment plans or protocols.
• Document patient progress toward established goals with daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for therapy activities.
• Adapt or modify materials and equipment to meet patient needs.
• May work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and administrative staff.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
