Flexible Scheduling | After-School Hours Needed | Full-Time Sign-On Bonus Available

Advanced Therapy Solutions is now hiring in the following locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, and Gilbert.

Summary

As a Speech/Language Pathologist, you will assess and treat speech and language disorders, assisting individuals in achieving their highest level of functioning. This role offers flexible scheduling, including after-school hours and the potential for a full-time sign-on bonus. If you want a fulfilling, mission-driven career, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments for speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
  • Provide direct speech therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • State licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • At least one year of experience as a Speech Therapist (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to quality care.
