Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist (SLP) for our pediatric outpatient clinic to make a difference in young lives. You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, re‑assess progress, attend family conferences, and coordinate with the care team.

A Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Strong communication and professional writing skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; may require lifting up to 100 pounds with proper safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations; provide home and community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
