Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a nearby Danville, VA school. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with school and state guidelines,

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in the state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing in-person therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs.
• Provide direct, in-person therapy sessions focused on improving speech and language abilities.
