ProCare Therapy in Colorado Springs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct services to students in a school setting. Eligible candidates include CCCs or CFYs, with a focus on pediatric populations and collaborative work with teachers and families.

The role offers a 32-hour workweek with a stable schedule, opportunities to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for CFY supervision).
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and other professionals.
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in groups.
• Screen, assess, and diagnose articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy logs, and required reports.
• Consult with educators, staff, and families to support students' success in the classroom environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed.
