The role involves assessments, individualized therapy plans, collaboration with teachers and families, and documentation of progress. The position offers local pay, W2 status, and a benefits package, with day shifts and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders.
• Current SLP licensure in the applicable state.
• SLP Services Credential through the CTC is required.
• Minimum 1+ year experience as an SLP.
• Copy of PSV or equivalent verification from licensing board if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech and language therapy services to support students’ communication and learning needs.
• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, articulation, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
• Monitor and document student progress and maintain therapy records.
• Participate in evaluations, meetings, and IEPs.

Shift Details:

• Day 3x7.5-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to support students’ communication and learning needs.

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.

• Provide therapy to improve communication skills, comprehension, articulation, and social communication.

• Support students with communication challenges that impact academic performance.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

• Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.

• Participate in evaluations, student meetings, and individualized education planning.

• Provide recommendations and strategies to support communication skills in the classroom environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Communications Disorders or Speech‑Language Pathology

• Current Speech Pathologist (SLP) licensure in applicable state

• SLP Services Credential through the CTC is required

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist (SLP)

• Additional certifications may be required.

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
