Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school-based team. This full-time contract role offers the chance to work closely with students, support communication goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff.

Whether you hold an SLP-CCC, are completing your CFY, or are a pediatric-focused applicant, you will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within IEP frameworks, participating in meetings and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license; ASHA CCCs encouraged.
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong interest in school-based pediatrics.
• Pediatric or school experience preferred; recent grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy to support students’ communication goals in a school setting.
• Develop and implement IEPs with special education teams, parents, and staff.
• Maintain progress notes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
