Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students in Ohio. The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy in school and healthcare settings.

Qualified candidates will have an active SLP license and ODE certification; CFY/CCC candidates are encouraged to apply, with teletherapy proficiency and a commitment to diverse student populations.

Qualifications

  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology within school and healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices and willingness to serve diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for K-12 students.
  • Use evidence-based strategies to address speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal requirements.
  • Integrate innovative teletherapy tools and adapt instruction based on student needs.

Job description

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills


Role Responsibilities:


  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for K-12 students

  • Use evidence-based strategies to address speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's IEP goals

  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal requirements

  • Integrate innovative teletherapy tools and adapt instruction based on student needs


Role Details:


  • Contract position, anticipated start as soon as possible

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

  • Position extends through the 2026/2027 school year

  • Serve a diverse range of students from kindergarten through 12th grade
