Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy for children and teens with autism. The role involves collaborating with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team in clinic settings, with potential in-home or community visits when needed.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, addressing articulation, language, fluency, feeding and social communication, and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA SLP-CCC preferred; licensure or eligibility required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA practices and ASHA code of ethics.
• Strong collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a pediatric caseload.
• Treat articulation, fluency, voice, language, feeding, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Work in clinic settings with potential in-home or community visits.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Assist with AAC device assessments and implementation with ABA staff.
