UK St. Claire is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics for full-time, on-site work at the Outpatient Center: Main Building in Morehead, KY.

The role involves independent evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Required: BA in CSD or related field; MA in SLP preferred; 2–3 years’ experience; SLP license and ASHA certification; BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders or related field.
• Master's degree in speech-language pathology preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in quality improvement.
