We are a pediatric ABA clinic seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team.

• Provide speech and language evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing communication, pragmatics, articulation, AAC, and functional communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and evidence‑based practices.
• Educate and train caregivers to support skill carryover, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, current Kentucky license, CCC‑SLP, pediatric experience, and preferred autism and AAC experience.
