Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility during clinical fellowship year (CFY).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Provide education to staff, patients, and families.
• Participate in performance improvement, outcomes measurement and program development.
• Assist with selection and purchase of supplies and equipment; maintain productivity standards.
