Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist II for outpatient pediatric care in Skokie, IL. This full-time role offers daytime hours, 40 hours per week, with flexibility between 34-40 hours.

You will evaluate, treat, and follow up with pediatric patients presenting complex or developmental conditions, using advanced diagnostics and evidence-based plans. Licensed IL SLP, Master’s in Speech Pathology, CPR/BLS, and CCC-SLP status or progress, plus at least 2 years of independent

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in IL.
• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association; CCC-SLP in progress or achieved.
• 2 years independent pediatric experience required.
• FEES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to pediatric patients with complex or developmental conditions.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics: evaluate articulation, language, cognition, memory, voice and literacy.
• Targeted Treatment Planning: establish and administer sophisticated treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Clinical Documentation: complete patient records and billing per guidelines.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.
