Job summary

You will supervise Clinical Fellows, co-sign documentation, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a major in speech-language pathology.
• Certificate of clinical competence and licensure granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
• Minimum of one year of experience in speech-language pathology and/or pediatric affiliation.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled SLP services in the patient's plan of care.
• Supervises Clinical Fellows and co-signs documentation when required.
• Evaluates patients and develops/upgrades the plan of care with team input.
• Assesses function and safety and coordinates with RN and team members.
• Educates patients and families on home rehabilitation procedures and exercises.
• Participates in multidisciplinary care planning conferences and quality improvement activities.
