Job summary

St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, implement, and document patient status for home care. You will supervise Clinical Fellows and cosign their documentation as required.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled speech therapy, assessing communication, feeding, and swallowing goals, and coordinating with the care team to maintain continuity of patient care. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
• Holds ASHA CCC and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech pathology services per the plan of care.
• Treats patients to restore function and improve communication, feeding, swallowing, and related skills.
• Supervises Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows and cosigns their documentation as required.
• Evaluates patient function and contributes to plan of care revisions.
• Assists with home rehabilitation procedures and family education.
• Maintains documentation and ensures continuity of patient care with the care team.
