Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic activities to restore function and communication.
• Evaluate and document patient status; coordinate with RN and supervisors.
• Supervise SLP Clinical Fellows and cosign their documentation as needed.
• Develop and revise the patient care plan based on assessments.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.
