THERAPY 2000 in Texas is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-health services. You will evaluate, plan and implement therapy, coordinate with families and other clinicians, and help children reach their communication goals in the comfort of their home.

Qualifications

• Current active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Innovative and reliable track record.
• Flexibility to shift resources/priorities as needed.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients’ medical neighborhoods and coordinating care with providers.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Comply with all laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech-language pathology.
