Job summary

Fraser in Minnesota is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join the Rehabilitation Therapy team. You will conduct evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and implement interventions for children and families, with mentorship for new graduates and Clinical Fellows.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.
  • Licensed by Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
  • Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
  • Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
  • Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
