Job summary

HHH Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct, evidence-based services to pediatric clients in Ramsey, MN. This full-time, on-site role includes evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, fluency, AAC, and feeding needs.

Day-to-day duties include documenting progress, collaborating with families and caregivers, and coordinating with other pediatric therapists to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred. CF applicants welcome!
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills; ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficient in assessing and treating Speech and Language Disorders.
• Experience with pediatric populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct, evidence-based speech and language services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting. This full-time, on-site role is located in Ramsey MN and includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, fluency, AAC, and feeding needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting progress, collaborating with families and caregivers, and coordinating with other pediatric therapists to ensure cohesive care. The Speech Language Pathologist will participate in interdisciplinary team discussions, provide caregiver education and home program recommendations, and support a positive, child-centered clinical environment.
