Job summary

Cortica in Concord, CA is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver play‑based therapy within an integrated, neurodevelopmental care model. You will collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, nurses and therapists to support children and families across settings.

You will lead in mentorship and contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder, while supervising SLPAs and advancing your clinical leadership to enhance outcomes for neurodivergent children.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active license in the practicing state.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play‑based speech and language therapy for children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to carry over strategies into daily life.
