Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering play-based therapies. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and ongoing development within a cutting-edge pediatric care model.

You will advance clinically through the Clinical Ladder, mentor colleagues, and help shape program development while partnering with neurologists, pediatricians, and therapists to improve outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CA state licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification and commitment to collaborative, neurodevelopmental care.
• Interest in mentorship, leadership, and program development within a transdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy for children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies home and in daily life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and company policies.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations and contribute to the Clinical Ladder program.
