Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide dynamic, play-based therapy for neurodevelopmental populations in Carlsbad, CA. The role emphasizes a transdisciplinary approach and family education to extend progress beyond sessions.

You will collaborate with neurologists, pediatricians, ABA, OTs, PTs, music therapists, and other specialists, while advancing through Cortica’s Clinical Ladder for leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active state licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Passion for collaborative, transdisciplinary care with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach to care.
• Educate and empower families, ensuring communication strategies extend beyond therapy sessions into everyday life.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program for leadership and professional growth.
