Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health as Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across outpatient rehab sites.
• Cover extended leave and PTO absences to maintain staffing continuity.
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients and families; participate in process improvements.
