Park Nicollet is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist for our Home Care team. The role focuses on patient care, professional development, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for involvement in program improvements and community events.

The schedule is weekdays with occasional weekends; weekend shifts may be required. A Master’s or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology and active Minnesota licensure are required, along with ASHA certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology (Communication Disorders).
• Licensure in Minnesota Department of Health; ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP; BLS certification.
• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment; proficient with clinical apparatus; proficient in EMR software.

• Direct patient care in home care settings.
