Job summary

Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join a passionate multidisciplinary team in Connecticut. Positions include clinic, school-based, and hybrid settings, offering mentorship and growth opportunities for both CFs and experienced SLPs.

Ideal candidates possess pediatric experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CF or CCC certification required.
• CT licensure required.
• Pediatric and/or adolescent experience required.
• Oral motor / feeding experience preferred.
• Adult experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' communication disorders including articulation, fluency, voice and language.
• Create and manage measurable goals for intervention plans.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of service providers.
• Provide high quality speech-language therapy to patients.
• Select and prepare speech-language instructional materials.
• Provide carryover activities for patients, families and teams.
• Maintain confidential client case notes and reports.
