Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and deliver personalized treatment plans in children's homes. You will develop/adjust therapy plans, document progress, and educate families to maximize outcomes.

Role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or contract work (W-2 or 1099). Supervision of SLPA is available as an option, with supportive caseload management and reimbursement benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona SLP license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and excellent communication skills.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy in children's homes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate caregivers.
• Optional supervision of SLPA.
