Job summary

KidsCare Home Health in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate, treat, and support children with communication disorders in the comfort of their homes.

This role emphasizes family training, care coordination with physicians and caregivers, and adherence to the CARE culture informed by our leadership and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in selected tasks to reinforce progress.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat speech and language disorders.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and proper records.
• Collaborate with team to achieve company goals.
• Mentor students and new hires as needed.
