Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Illinois licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate evaluation and treatment for children with swallowing and feeding disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, nurses, social workers, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Educate families on safe feeding techniques and home strategies.
• Document care in the medical record and communicate with the team.
