Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-clinic evaluations and individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. The role supports a collaborative environment with opportunities for co-treats alongside OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and mental health providers across Chicagoland locations.

Strong growth potential exists through a Clinical Ladder, mentorship for new grads, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois state licensure or eligibility
• Experience conducting client assessments
• Strong communication and patience
• Interest in pediatric feeding/swallowing
• AAC and feeding therapy interest
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and feeding disorders in children
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
• Provide evidence-based therapy for communication and feeding development
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and mental health professionals for coordinated care
• Educate families and caregivers on AAC and communication supports
• Maintain detailed progress notes and adjust plans as needed
• Coordinate cross-referrals within interdisciplinary team
