Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for Early Intervention in Pennsylvania. You will work with children from birth through age three, coaching families to support communication in natural settings such as home, daycare, or community settings.

This per-visit role (5–19 hours per week) offers schedule flexibility with potential to grow to part-time or full-time based on need. CPR and FA certifications, along with CCC-SLP and state licensure, are required.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
  • Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Fellowship year completed and CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention speech-language services to birth-3 children.
  • Coach families to support communication development in natural settings (home, daycare, community).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize child progress.

Job Description:

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Early Intervention As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age threeandtheirfamilies,using a coaching model to empower the parents to bethe ones who provide the support neededand techniques to help their child succeedand achieve their goals.Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting.This is a per visit position(5-19 hours per week)with theopportunityto build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate from an accredited Speech LanguagePathology/CommunicationSciences Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in respective state
  • All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence
