Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/ Clinical Fellow- EI/Preschool

Details about this opportunity:
- Location: Garden City, NY and surrounding areas (clinic, preschool, and/or homecare)
- Status: Full-Time or Fee for Service
- Hours: Availability during and after school, with flexible scheduling for FFS
Compensation:
- Full-Time: $60,000-$68,000
- Fee for Service: EI= $64-$75/hour, Preschool= $70/hour
- Clinical Fellow: $58,500
Rates are determined by service type, experience, and certifications. Position type (full-time or FFS) depends on caseload, discussed during interview. Compensation details are subject to change.

Part-Time Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual/group therapeutic interventions
- Administer and document speech and language evaluations
- Communicate with supervisors and coordinators regarding case management
- Maintain professionalism with families and professionals
- Keep accurate attendance and billing logs
- Create and maintain schedules with families and school personnel
- Track progress on IFSP/IEP goals and report quarterly
- Participate in initial and annual CPSE/CSE meetings
Evaluation Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations in various settings
- Write detailed reports on child abilities and difficulties
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and evaluation team
- Develop functional goals aligned with IEPs
About You:

Required Background:
- Current NYS Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH
- CCC-SLP certification
- Clinical Fellowship requires NYSED TSSLD/TSHH
- At least 1 year experience supporting children and families
- Bilingual skills are a plus
