Pediatric Physical Therapist- EI/Preschool

Details about this opportunity:
- Location: Garden City Facility and/or surrounding Preschools and homecare
- Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time
- Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8a-6p, Friday: 8a-4p (flexible scheduling for FFS)
Compensation:
- EI: $64-$75/ hour
- Preschool: $70/ hour
Note: Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service depending on caseload, which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
- Administer and document physical therapy evaluations.
- Maintain communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Keep accurate attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with families and school personnel.
- Track progress on IFSP/IEP goals and report quarterly.
- Attend/participate in initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
