Job summary

St. David's Center in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children ages 12 months to 13 years. The role covers pragmatic language, expressive/receptive language, AAC, feeding, and related areas, within a collaborative team.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($74,900–$91,700 annually) and comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, HSA, FSA, retirement matching, generous PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC required or in process.
• Current Minnesota SLP license or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and medically necessary speech-language therapy to children with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to optimize outcomes.
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, service entries, and parent education/home programming.
