Job summary

EmPowered Kids Pediatric Therapy in North Dakota is seeking a full-time licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will deliver therapy sessions in clinic or community settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• North Dakota license to practice Speech-Language Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct speech therapy sessions in our clinic or in the community.
• Assess and evaluate a patient’s abilities and analyze medical data to develop a specialized plan of care for each patient.
• Collaborate with the EmPowered Kids team and other providers involved in the patient’s care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Build rapport with patients and families using open, ongoing communication to ensure goals are met and concerns addressed.
