T & K Pediatric Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized services to infants, toddlers, and young children with developmental or communication needs. You will work with families, set meaningful goals, and support development through play and daily routines.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current ND SLP license required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate developmental speech, language, and feeding needs.
• Develop individualized goals and provide early intervention services.
• Support communication through play and family routines.
• Coach families on home language development strategies.
• Monitor progress and document accurately.
• Communicate with families and care team.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Coordinate with therapy and education professionals.
