Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 36 or 40 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join its growing therapy team in Round Rock, Texas. This is an in-person clinic-based pediatric SLP opportunity providing individualized speech and language therapy to children and young adults ages 0-21. The practice is looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in pediatric therapy and, most importantly, are seeking a long-term opportunity with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities May Include
- Evaluating and treating children and young adults with a variety of communication and feeding needs.
- Providing individualized speech, language, communication, and feeding therapy.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate.
- Providing therapy to patients ranging from birth through age 21.
- Working with children presenting with a range of developmental and communication challenges.
- Maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborating with the therapy team and families to support patient progress.
- Maintaining a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Contributing positively to the clinic's team environment.
Schedule & Work Hours
- Monday through Friday
- Full-time options include approximately 36 or 40 hours per week
- Typical clinic hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM/6:00 PM
- Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.
- The practice offers flexibility with hours based on the candidate's desired salary and employment arrangement.
- No specific weekend or on-call requirement was indicated by the client.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Ability to provide individualized therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a pediatric clinic environment
- Interest in building a long-term career with the practice

- Experience with pragmatic/social communication disorders
