Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families to support carryover in daily routines, while adhering to clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence‑based speech‑language therapy in the home and community

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
