Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in the Houston area seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric home health. The role offers hybrid in-home therapy, flexible scheduling, and a starting pay of $60 per session, with opportunities for increases based on performance.

The SLP will deliver family-centered therapy, collaborate with PTs, OTs, and ABA therapists, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and feeding skills where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred; CFs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or hybrid pediatric speech-language therapy services.
• Create individualized treatment plans focusing on communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing as applicable.
• Support family involvement and carryover of strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain timely documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas

• Pediatric experience preferred (CFs welcome!)
