Early Intervention Speech And Language Pathologist

Responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing services for assigned clients as a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services team.

Essential Functions
  1. Provide outreach services to children and families
  2. Consult with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients
  3. Maintain client records completely and accurately to include IFSP’s with full assessment of client functioning and goals
  4. Document client progress, contact with family and collaterals, and arena assessments, including DPH forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge
  5. Complete billing documentation according to schedule
  6. Adhere to professional standards and guidelines
  7. Keep supervisor informed of client progress
  8. Follow clinical recommendations from administration
  9. Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters
  10. Ensure billing and documentation compliance
  11. Conduct visits in natural environments based on client and family needs
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions
