Foothills Smiles and Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience, creating a Patient for Life. You will perform patient care, front-office coordination, and sterilization tasks to help orthodontists treat teeth and gums efficiently.

Specialty Dental Assistants may travel to multiple offices; reliable transportation and state-required certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma and state-mandated training for certification.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and assist dentist to deliver efficient care.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and supplies.
• Record charting in the digital patient chart.
