Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience across multiple offices. You will prepare patients for treatment, assist dentists, and help ensure efficient, high-quality care while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The role requires travel to multiple offices as needed, adherence to infection control guidelines, and teamwork with front desk and clinical staff. A high school diploma/GED and state certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state certification as mandated.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required for multi-office travel.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices as needed.
• Knowledge of infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to enable efficient, quality care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain clean operatories per guidelines.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front desk and clinicians for smooth scheduling.
• Assist orthodontists and other specialists; manage supplies and equipment.
• Document patient records and health history in the digital chart.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold PPE standards.
