Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS may be required based on specialty.
• Experience in medical/surgical or ambulatory nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procedural process as part of a care team.
• Organize resources to ensure safe, efficient procedural flow.
• Provide specialty-specific care including pre-op assessment and post-op monitoring.
• Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice (IV placement, meds, injections, wound care, EKGs, glucose).
• Deliver patient education and maintain documentation and confidentiality.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate data to the care team.
