Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a PharmD from an ACPE accredited school.
• Completion of PGY1 and an applicable PGY2 specialty residency is required.
• Texas Pharmacist license or eligibility is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medication regimens for transplant patients.
• Monitor patient therapy and adjust medication as needed.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients.
