Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience required.
• License to practice Pharmacy in Virginia required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert medication management for kidney transplant patients.

• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
